Is it true that CSVTU doesn't check answer sheets fairly?
YES *Based on my personal experience* My friend failed in M2 , We put the paper for RE-evaluation i.e rechecking (it cost around 300 rs.) , then we took printed copy of answer sheet along with the marks allotted (This cost around 1100 rs.). We were Shocked in 23 answers marks were not given means they were not even checked even after putting the paper into re-checking process. Then we talked the exam department they took no action to it, And our 1500 rs.(appx) were in vain.
