It depends, on your quality of content, your presentation of the content, whether your written answers length is appropriate according to the marks of the query, and the checking of your answer sheet by the teachers. If youll be able to fulfill all these things then youll definitely get PASS in NIOS. Dont think too much, you did what you were capable of.
