Is it OK to write words using all capital letters on the answer sheet?
I don't think you want to be my student. Using only capital letters is understood as yelling, it's hard to read, and according to the rules of punctuation you're only allowed to use capital letters when they have a certain function. If I had to grade a paper with all capital letters, I'd give you credit for the answer, but deduct the credit for wrong punctuation.
