Is it necessary to get a sign of members of ICAI for verification of?
No. If you are speaking about certified copies, why do you want CA' s sign to get your answer sheets verified. Just follow the required procedures and get it. If you apply through icai then for certified copies they will charge you 500 per subject and for verification they will charge you 100 per subject So it's better to apply through RTI. ICAI will on suo moto will do re verification. Cost is just minimum (May be 10 rupees per subject I'm not sure about exact cost).
