I filled my application number instead of my roll number.?
I am not sure but I think it won't be rejected , if you have written your roll number in words at the back of the omr correctly. Since you have written your application number instead of roll number , the computer would not be able to recognise it and would show error . In this situation the authorities would enter your roll number manually provided that at the back of the omr it is correctly written. So , I just hope that it doesn't get rejected.
