Can we use a ball pen to fill in the OMR sheet and a waterproof gel?
A ball pen should be used for filling OMR sheet. You may use two different types of pens (one for OMR and the other one for answers) but be sure that you have practiced writing it before. If you can write well enough using pilot pens or waterproof gells then you may use it. GOOD LUCK !
