As a BDS 2nd year student, how should I represent my answers in the?

First of all , write the heading (whatever is asked ) in capital letters Then write a sub-heading as introduction ..under this u can write the other name/names' of the main heading .. FOR EXAMPLE : Suppose the question is : classify odontogenic cysts and write in detail about Odontogenic keratocyst . Answer : ODONTOGENIC CYST ( write it with black pen and underline it ) = Introduction (write it with black pen and underline it ) other name (if any and if there's no other name for it then leave this point ) definition ( if there is a proper definition in the book for it then write that otherwise just explain the meaning of the word in ur own language but with proper wordings) .. and in the later case u can just skip the heading definition and that meaning under introduction . If anything got 2 definitions then do write both of them and if possible do write the name of the organisation/person who gave that definition as shown below: definition (underline it ,now below this ) ..(space) .. 1.given by name of author/organisation (underline it and below it write the definition).. . (Space).2. Given by name of other author/organisation history ( if any .. like scientist name who named it of anything like that.. though it's not compulsory to write this point but just in case of u have enough time THEN ONLY ) = Classification ( write it with black pen and underline it ) Point by point write all the Classification given ( by who ,Shaffer or whatever.. just the way definition was written (in case of more than one ,.. given by or based on krkey ) Now write ODONTOGENIC KERATOCYST ( in capital letters and underline it ) = Introduction (write it with black pen and underline it ) other name (if any and if there's no other name for it then leave this point ) definition(underline it ,now below this ) ..(space) .. 1.given by name of author/organisation (underline it and below it write the definition).. . (Space).2. Given by name of other author/organisation history ( if any .. like scientist name who named it of anything like that.. though it's not compulsory to write this point but just in case of u have enough time THEN ONLY ) = Etiology = histogenesis ( for writing things like tissue of origin ) = Etiopathogenesis/ pathogenesis = CLINICAL FEATURES starting with site of the lesion affected.. then write age affected ..gender predilection.. other associated symptoms.. clinical appearance any clinical classification.. pathopneumonic feature.. recurrence rate ..etc under it .. = HISTOPATHOLOGICAL FEATURES ; RADIOGRAPHIC FEATURES (in case of pathology of oral cavity..) MANAGEMENT (under it ,write Investigations and diagnosis ; Differential diagnosis ;treatment and prognosis) Do draw Appropriate diagrams wherever required Hope this will help (PS : if u want to know abt a particular subject then plz di tell me .. I'll tell accordingly.. :) this pattern will be helpful in pathology.. sorry I didn't read 2nd year in ur question ..) but this will help in PATHOLOGY .. For PHARMA .. Heading Introduction (a bit of definition of that drug ; class; subclass) Classification Pharmacokinetics ( just route and a bit about how it is excreted and ik changed or unchanged form .. do it penetrates the blood brain barrier or not ,that'll be enough) Mechanism of action of the drug (try to write it in the form of a flow chart and .. also try to draw a diagram along with it , it will help u to fetch more Marks ) Then pharmacological actions( write system wise ..like : affect on :- 1.CNS ;2.CVS ; 3.ORAL CAVITY ; 4.GIT; 5.EXCRETORY SYSTEM 6.OTHERS (LIKE blurring of vision and all ) Then Therapeutic uses Then adverse effects For Dental materials: Heading Introduction (same as explained about in the starting , definition other name and all ) Classification Then features Procedure /technique ( depending upon the question) I hope it will help :) plz let me know about it :)
